Free Group Class
Classes are held via Zoom at 4:00 PM Hawaii Time on the second Tuesday of every month. Lessons run approximately 45 minutes and are open to anyone living with Parkinson's, as well as their care partners.

What you'll need: A harmonica in the key of C, available at your local music store or on Amazon for around $12–$15. Recommended beginner models are the Fender Blues Deluxe or the Hohner Blues Band.

No musical background required, just come ready to have a lot of fun!
